These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of instagent.site and the InstAgent dashboard (the “Service”) provided by InstAgent. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
InstAgent provides AI-assisted tools to plan, create and organize Instagram content, and — where enabled — to connect an Instagram professional account through Meta’s official APIs. Some features are labeled “Coming Soon” and are not yet available; we will not charge separately for features included in your plan when they launch.
2. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement, reach, sales or any other outcome. Any numbers shown in marketing materials or demo screens are illustrative only.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Plan changes may be prorated. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, Instagram’s Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, or Meta’s Platform Terms; to send spam or engage in fake engagement; to infringe anyone’s intellectual property; or to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
6. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or similar to content generated for others. Review all content before publishing. You are responsible for what you post. Subject to these Terms, you own the content you create with the Service.
7. Instagram and third parties
InstAgent is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Instagram features depend on Meta’s APIs and policies, which may change or limit functionality at any time.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@instagent.site.
